Daniel G. Koehler is a licensed professional engineer in New York State and has been providing engineering consultation since 1998. During his career, Mr. Koehler has been active in the planning, environmental quality review, engineering design, plan-set creation, computer aided drafting, project representation, project management and client management of his firms’ various engineering projects.

A vast list of past project scopes include individual residential lot development; residential and commercial subdivision of land; and commercial site development. Specifically, Mr. Koehler has obtained the required regulatory permits for the various site development projects that he has managed to commence to the construction phase. These permits are issued from various local (Town and County), State and Federal regulatory agencies such as Planning Boards, Health Departments, Departments of Public Works, Departments of Transportation, and Environmental Conservation agencies.

Mr. Bodendorf has been a consulting engineer since 2001 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. His career experience includes project design and management of land subdivisions, residential and commercial site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, storm water pollution prevention plans (SWPPP), subsurface sewage disposal (SDS) design permitting, client contact, site evaluations, land development feasibility studies; as well as presentation, interaction and client representation with local, state and federal permitting and approval agencies.

Mr. Bodendorf has extensive knowledge in hydraulic and hydrologic analysis for development of Stormwater Management Plans; the design of temporary and permanent erosion and sediment control measures; the development of erosion and sediment control plans and SWPPP; and is proficient in computer drafting with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Land Desktop Development (LDD) topographic design software, AutoCAD Pipe Works for pipe design and profiling, and also excels in Stormwater modeling programs such as Hydro CAD and Hydraflow Storm Sewers. All of these skills allow Mr. Bodendorf to provide cost-effective design solutions for each client's various project requirements.
